We want everyone to have as much fun as they can whilst using our equipment, so there are some rules that must be followed to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment.

Terms and conditions of hire
This agreement is an agreement between you, the customer and Hampshire inflatable hire.
For the remainder of this agreement 'You' is referred to as "the customer" and 'we/ us' is referred to as "Hampshire inflatable hire".
Please read the bellow terms and conditions fully and carefully and should you have any queries or reservations prior to booking, please contact us prior to making any deposit or payment.
No booking is finalised until the payment has been received in our bank account and you have received the confirmation email from us.
Should you need to amend your booking, please make contact with us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to accommodate you as best as we can
.Safety
Safety of the user is our number one priority for us and therefore if we believe that the safety of the user is at risk we will cancel the booking with the opportunity to re schedule for a later date, free of charge.
. Provisional bookings
All provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 28 days from the booking was made, allowing the deposit to be paid, after which, if the deposit is not paid, the booking will be cancelled and the dates released again. a notice of cancelation will be given.
. Deposits and cancelation fees
The deposit amount, as detailed in your booking quote (usually 50%), is payable to confirm a booking. 50% of this deposit amount is forfeited if a cancelation is made within 3 months, 100% of the deposit amount is forfeited if a cancelation is made within 1 month of the boking date. Cancelations with less than 2 weeks notice will result in the full booking fee being charged.
. Cancelation by Hampshire Inflatable Hire
In the event of unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to cancel any booking, in this instance a full refund of any paid monies will be given. If the cancelation is due to unsafe acts by the hirer or the equipment rules not being followed, the hirer will be liable for any costs and no refund will be granted.
. Delivery and collection/ setup and take down
Delivery is free of charge to a radius of 20miles from our regional hub. Beyond this an extra delivery charge may be incurred.
Whilst every effort is made to deliver and collect the equipment on time, sometimes external factors affect our travel arrangements and if we are going to be late for your booking we will always make contact with you in the first instance.
. Accidents or injury
We can not be held responsible for any accidents that have occurred due to the Hirer mis using the hired equipment.
. Lost stolen or damaged equipment
You, the hirer, are responsible for any costs incurred following the loss or damage to any of our equipment whilst under your Care.
. Access
Sufficient access should be given as that we can safely erect all our equipment in an efficient manor. Failure to have sufficient access will result in the booking being terminated there and then and 50% credit will be offered to be used within a 3 month period.
When our delivery team arrive on site please ensure that the access is clear and free from any obstructions. Failiure to provide a clear access can result in the delivery being refused. It is not the responsibility of the delivery team to help with any clearing or tidying of access. If the delivery team decide to refuse delivery we support there decision and this would result in no offer of reschedule or refund.
. Space
Sufficient space should be provided as that we can safely erect all of our equipment in a efficient manor (For details on the space required for a certain item please check the specific items sub page). For inflatables an extra 1m should be allowed all around to peg down and safety reasons, all other hire items will easily sit within the size listed on the specific item's page.
. Supervision
All equipment hired will require different levels of supervision, this will be detailed at the point of booking.
Supervision yourself- at the point of setup specific activity training will be given to those supervising the equipment, Failure to follow these instructions will result in the booking being terminated immediately and no refund given.
By us- Some of our items require specialist training in order to supervise, therefore we will provide operators for these activities
